If you like piña coladas (with or without also getting caught in the rain), then you will probably like this one. I didn’t really need a Maui Burst to try it next to, because that was just a pineapple soda, while this one is a piña colada soda. I’m about 12 hours too early for it, but it is still tasty. 4:52am on a Friday isn’t the time that this drink is meant to be consumed. This reminds me of the piña colada flavor of those). This tastes just like those candies (particularly if you’ve ever gotten that brand of lollipop that are the big ball on a stick that all have rather bold flavors. However, I have had virgin piña coladas before as well as piña colada candies. Now, I will admit, I’ve never had an actual piña colada. Taking a sip… well, if you like getting caught in the rain, then you’ll like this as well (more than likely), because I have figured out why it smells familiar: it’s a piña colada. It smells kinda familiar, though I can’t quite put my finger on it. As for the smell, I definitely get the pineapple and I also definitely get the coconut. Though if I feel if they were actually side-by-side, they’d be a little different. It’s fairly close to the color of Original Recipe Dew, honestly. It’s a rather pale yellow with maybe a small hint of green. To get to the soda, of course, we need to get to the pour. ![]() Kinda makes me wish I had a Maui Burst around to compare it with. This time around, it’s Baja Flash, which is pineapple and coconut. ![]() The other was Baja Punch which tasted pretty much exactly like tropical punch, but maybe slightly milder in general. Today, I’m trying the other of the two new Baja flavors.
